Privacy Policy
Applies to Bulk Delete ChatGPT Chats. Last updated: 2026-11-04.
We collect nothing. The extension has no server of its own, no analytics, no crash reporting and no remote logging.
What stays on your device
- Your settings (delay between actions, auto-archive days, language).
- Your Pro status and license key, if you bought Pro.
- The progress of an interrupted run, so it can resume.
- A counter of successful runs, used only to decide when to ask for a review once.
- On the free plan, today's usage count (a date and a number). A copy is kept in chatgpt.com's local storage in your browser so the daily limit survives a reinstall.
These are stored with Chrome's extension storage (synced through your own Chrome account if you turned sync on) and never sent to us.
What the extension reads
In your own signed-in ChatGPT tab, the extension asks chatgpt.com, with the same requests the ChatGPT website makes, for the list of your conversations: id, title, created and last-updated time, and whether each is archived. It shows them in its panel and applies your filters. When you confirm an action it asks chatgpt.com to archive, unarchive or delete exactly the conversations you selected. It never reads message contents. The list stays in that tab's memory and is never sent to us or anyone else.
Permissions
Only storage, plus a content script on chatgpt.com. Network requests go only to chatgpt.com, from your own tab, and to Lemon Squeezy's license API.
Payments
Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card. The extension contacts Lemon Squeezy's license API only to check your license key.
Debug information
If a run fails you can press “Copy debug info”. It goes to your clipboard only. It is never uploaded.
